2009 Service projects for Redeemer LWML
- Diana’s Angels Project – a ministry that provides suitable burial clothing for premature infants
- Support for military personnel
- Prison ministry – marking passages in Bibles which are provided for inmates
- Hosting February birthday party for residents of St. Luke’s Nursing Home
2009 Mission project for Redeemer LWML: Support of seminary student, Luke Wolters
Mission grants adopted at our district and national conventions for each biennium are supported through offerings called mites, taken from the Bible’s reference to the widow’s mite in Mark 12:41-44. 75% of these offerings fund North Dakota District mission grants, and 25% fund national mission grants.
